Individuals with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease (including Mild Cognitive Impairment due to Alzheimer’s disease) and those without Alzheimer’s can participate in LEADS.

Your patient may be eligible if they:

• Meets NIA-AA clinical criteria for MCI due to AD or probable AD or are cognitively normal
• Are between the ages of 40-64 years
• Have a family member, friend or caregiver who can provide additional information about their lifestyle
• Are fluent in English
