Your ongoing and continued participation is critical to the success of LEADS. Cognitively impaired participants will attend annual follow-up visits every year until the end of the study , and cognitively normal participants will participate for three visits over two years. Study visits will be split across multiple days.
Study Activities Include
- General medical and neurologic exams
- Cognitive testing
- Biofluid sample collection (blood and spinal fluid samples)
- Neuroimaging (MRI and PET scans)
